  Nicole Worthley: I loved this apk for over a year, until it automatically renewed, charged me the price, and then at the first of the year, tells me my subscription ended. I logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled... nothing. and when I test to contact via the contact option, there's no address it gives to send comments to. So, I'm out the second year subscription and can't figure out how to fix it.

  A Google user: I loved this apk but for a few weeks now, I haven't been able to log in with Fb. I've tried to input my email that I use for Fb and hit "Forgot Password" but then it shows an error notification like I can't retrieve a password because "player signed up with Fb". Please assist or please someone advise me on how to cancel my subscription.

  Mira: I'm an annual subscriber but the apk is not working. I've subscribed for a few years. First, through the Apple shop. The past year, I've subscribed via Google Play. My subscription renewed yesterday but I can't navigate the apk anymore. I tried logging out & back in only to keep a notice that an error was encountered while communicating with the server. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling & saw the same problem. I've spent $12.99 for a nonworking apk. Alphapod has not responded to my emails.
