  Jackson Alvey: Contrary to the experiences of a lot of others on here, the apk works flawlessly with our unit, the locks, the thermostat, and the lights. There's a lag of maybe 1/2 second between when I press a button on the apk and when it takes result. The door code and guest access works well also. Beautiful happy with the experience overall.

  Steve McGee: Sorry but the fresh modernize really messed up this apk. Crashed almost every time I change my setting (from "home" to "away") and today didn't actually change even though it seemed like it did so my a/c ran all day! Needs fixed.

  Melanie Moore: Had an problem with the thermostat and David from customer care helped me so much! Turned out it was only the batteries but he helped me troubleshoot and created sure I was fine with everything before he hung up! When I reached out, I expected the normal "because its late Friday, we will receive back to you Monday due to the office hours." Turns out, they are a company that cares enough to be accessible if you are uncomfortable. Like in my situation.. Friday at like 8 pm. I enjoyed the professionalism and personable conversation too. Method to go David! You're a good asset to the company and thanks feel I for providing a good service!

  A Google user: Beautiful awesome so far. I would be more impressed if the integration with Google home mini was up . And also sometimes I see light and door lock status present incorrect but I usually use my keys all the time. This isn't blocker problem for me but status isn't consistent some times. Most times it does what it says and satisfied about it.

  Ruby Ramirez: Dwelo works well on the google android device apk. I was bummed to see that Dwelo can only be used with alexa and no another smart home integration systems. It's alexa skill is a fraction as functional. I've only had access as a resident but I've had problems with trying to receive alexa to turn off/on a specific light. Alexa will usually say it should not search the specific light fixture named (even using the name the light in the Dwelo android device apk) or only turn on/off all the lights. The dwelo skill has not been updated to fix the lights problem in the year since I've purchased our echo dot.

  Jackin Ralph: The apk is cool definitely unlocks and locks the door as well as control all the lights except barroom where I live. It also control the thermostat I love that. My problem is my girl has a newer iPhone and it has waaaay more features and I have Galaxy Note. So Dwello when do you plan on stepping yall mini game up and making all the features for Android device as I have no plans in life on switching back to Apple ever

  A Google user: The devices work and function just like any another home automation device but I wished it had more to offer. When I say more to offer I wished they had settings on the apk for my lights to turn on at a scheduled time, it would allow me know when the door lock was locked and unlocked. Also wished that I should but my thermostat on a schedule. The device are able to be controlled via web but I wouldn't really call that "automation". It's more convenience then anything. Needs more home automation figures.

  Justin McDonald: I've only had this for about a week now, but so far, it's been going good. The apk is easy and does what it's supposed to, and the response time is only 3-4 seconds at best, which is perfectly manageable. The only reason for three stars instead of four or five is because there's no automation capability to it yet. It's my understanding that there's *some* limited integration with Alexa (which I don't have) but I'd really like to see some integration points with IFTTT so that I can do things like have specific lights turn on and off automatically at certain times of day, have Away Mode activate/deactivate based on a geofence, or even have the thermostat heat/cool setpoints automatically bump up/down if the outside air temp gets above/below a certain point. When IFTTT integration is added, I'll be satisfied to bump up to the full five stars.

  Jeremy Pixton: The old ver was better, on the fresh one if you are trying to change the temperature it won't modernize unless you quit the apk and reset it. Its still functional, but the only method I know if it worked is if I hear the air come on.

  A Google user: For being a "smart home" system it really isn't very smart. You can't even tool the thermostat allow alone the lights and lock to shut down at night. Plus half the time my apk is wrong. (doors unlocked when it says locked, incorrect thermostart temp. etc.)

  Tyler Morrison: It's a cool idea even if it worked just half the time... but 9 out of 10 times I wish to use the apk I have to go unplug the dwelo modem from the wall and reset it for it to work (definitely more hassle than unlocking a door or turning off a light) also that's considering we're on a 150mbps wireless connection connection... don't even think about trying to do this easy command over a 5mbps 4GLTE connection (where every another connection works ok). Haha. Makes me unhappy I have to pay for this service with my apartment.

  Josh Kent: Cool when it works, but rarely does work. It turns things on and off, but the status in the apk will be wrong. Door unblock code is finicky. Thermostat has said its 71 in my apartment since March. Hopefully they modernize soon because it sorely needs it. I don't think they care much though. Apartments will receive it just so they can say they have "smart apartments".
