Dynamic Notifications allows you to keep all of your notifications even when your screen is off. When you keep a fresh email/text notice, the display will discreetly light up to allow you know. You don’t need to unblock the device. If you wish to, the apk even shows you a short preview of the notice or info about the caller. This is so much better than just a pulsing notification LED, because it tells you immediately everything you wish to know about the notification. With DynamicNotifications, you are always up to date! FEATURES: * Notifications don't light up when your smartphone is in your pocket, purse, or face down to avoid accidental unlocks * Choose which app-notifications you'd like to keep via DynamicNotifications * Change the appearance of the apk (custom foreground/background color/image, present the date near the clock, change the main notification border style, and more) * "Custom timeout": Choose for how long DynamicNotifications could be shown (Bonus feature) * "Breathing notifications": Allow not yet dismissed notifications reappear after custom intervals (Bonus feature) * "Night mode": Don't present notifications at night (Bonus feature) * "Hide extra info": Hide extra notification info (e.g. SMS text, sender) (Bonus feature) * "Use as lockscreen": Use the apk as a replacement for your stock lockscreen (Bonus feature) * "Auto-wake": Automatically turn on the screen when you pull the device out of your pocket or pick it up from lying face-down (!) on a table (Bonus feature) * "Custom brightness": Choose how bright the DynamicNotifications screen could be (Bonus feature) * "Edit swipe actions": Select the action (e.g. unblock, dismiss, begin camera/custom apk) for each swipe direction (Bonus feature) HOW-TO: - Swipe right to see more info about the notification - Swipe left to unblock the device (respects your unlock-security settings) - Swipe up or down to dismiss the notification FAQ: - How can I create sure the apk is working correctly? Launch the apk and follow the setup steps. Then, switch off your phone's screen and send an email to yourself from your PC. After a few seconds, the notification screen could light up! - The screen sometimes turns on to the lockscreen, even if my smartphone is in my pocket Please go to your phone's system settings --> "Safety" --> "Device administrators" and tick the checkbox next to "DynamicNotifications". This will *only* let the apk to lock your screen, nothing else! - When I lock my screen, nothing happens! The apk isn't a lockscreen replacement. It respects your safety settings (PIN/Pattern lock) and only appears if you actually keep a fresh notification while the screen is turned off - Will the apk become accessible for Android device 2.x, 3.x, 4.x? The apk is now compatible with Android device >=4.0. If you're running Android device 4.3, it will create use of the fresh "NotificationListenerService"-feature introduced in Android device 4.3. - Why can't I uninstall the app? Please go to your system settings, choose "Safety", “Device Administrators” and uncheck the DynamicNotifications-entry. You will then be able to uninstall the apk. - My smartphone starts talking to me when I enable the app?! This is a known Samsung-bug; Please go your system settings, choose "Apks" --> "All" --> Samsung TTS engine --> Disable. If this isn't working, go to your system settings, "Accessibility", "Talkback" (create sure it's disabled), "Settings", and *uncheck* all options you see here. A Google user: I recently changed devices from a Motorola Droid Maxx to a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I really like my Note 5 except really missed the notifications on the black screen showing the time and date that I had with my Droid Maxx. Thomas Garrett: Works good on 4.3 and decent on <4.3. The breathing notifications and auto wake functions aren't very reliable on anything another than 4.3, but this is implied in the description of the apk and could be expected.

Chris Howell: Seems to work well for email AND SMS (premium!) on my SGS2 running CM10.1 nightlies (4.2.2). Here's hoping for the 'breathing' periodic time display feature and also an option to display (at least some of) the contents of single SMS or email messages when you swipe upwards. Add those as part of the Bonus features and I'll definitely create the purchase.

John Smith: This apk works exactly as intended, and with all apks that provide notifications. One thing to note though, if you have an apk set up to turn the screen on upon notification, disable the screen on function as that will interfere with this apk and cause the lock screen to pop up first.
