  Chris Carroll: Halfway accept with the rest of these people I suppose customer service is definitely leaving something to be desired but it does pay but it takes method longer than any of the another casino apks I've ever played it takes 3 days for them just to acknowledge it and then after you can't even search it it takes three more days for your bank to agree it so it's like a week total if you're going to test to withdraw any cash and even then it only has very choose options.

They receive your acc info and then you are screwed from there on. The proper steps to ensure that justice will be served with much prejudice.. Any financial loss is honestly super simple to receive back just dispute any charges as fraudulent with your financial institution!!

  Lacy Bittenbender: Just tried the website for the first time yesterday and they would not honor the welcome premium for me even after making a deposit of $10 dollars. Horrible first impression. I called the help number to see if there was anything else they should do and I got a very dismissive attitude and from the customer care woman. She was very short with me and did not even check with her supervisor to see if they should retroactively honor the welcome premium. I will NOT be revisiting the website. Awful experience.

  David Dykema: Whoa! Beware. The customer service email is invalid and I'm already having problem even playing...the mini games kick you out, even though your logged in. That gratis deposit match is part of your premium too, so your not getting that back. Glad I only deposited 10 bucks

  Kyle Crawley: This is by far the worst of the online casinos as far as customer service goes. I signed up back when they first went live under the impression that I would be able to play. Wasn't my fault I didn't have a desktop or laptop, Chromebooks and android device people have been unable to play until yesterday. So the long anticipated 2 months wait time for Android device apk was ridiculous. So I got screwed out of the welcome offer they had. And customer service can't do anything to create it right. Uninstall TY.
