  Mike Vadnais: On my second Eargo 5 that arrived today. Charged for 4.5 hours, Apk says found charger, but NO BLUE LIGHT. After installing, uninstalling, restarting smartphone over and over it just magically connected to the charger..SUCCESS! A 5 star for the Eargo's themselves. The Apk itself works well. Connecting to the charger still a 1 Star. It needs work. After closing apk, restarting smartphone, all appears working. Stay tuned🙂

  Robert Remington: I had high hopes for this Eargo 5 hearing aide because of the advertised apk. But it has been very disappointing. There appears to be numerous bugs in the tool. The results of changes are inconsistent and some features don't work at all. I've had the hearing aides for three days, although I like the concept, the implementation is not very awesome quality.

  robert cognetti: Received my Eargo5s a week ago. Still cannot receive past the "Smart" sync. This is the main feature of the Eargos and the only method to keep this feature is with the apk. I honestly don't know if this is an problem with the apk, or if it is a non working feature of the Eargo devices themselves. I see a few another reviews with the same problem.. Bottome line, if the Eargos are not working I will be requesting a refund.

  Russ Tanton: Apk does not work!! After a few days and numerous contacts with Eargo, I gave up and returned my Neo 5s. Unhappy commentary on Eargo...I have been a customer purchasing or trying 4 generations of product and am satisfied with my Neo HiFi's. Unfortunately, it is typical of companies that have gone public with IPO's. More concerned with shareholders than customers resulting in a method too early release of their product.

  Suzanne Lacy: This is a awful apk as others have noted. It doesn't work.i have been trying to sync my Eargo 5 for 1.5 days, with no luck. I've repeated the process a lot of times. Calls to Eargo are not returned. All in all, I've had a awful experience.
