About the application:

Kid care providers that have an affiliate agreement with Early Learning Ventures (ELV) and actively use the ELV CORE Site for kid care management can use the Kiosk on a everyday basis to track attendance for both kids and staff. Starting a Kiosk requires an active kid care provider staff player acc that is enabled to begin a Kiosk, or an active kid care provider Kiosk player acc. Kiosks are started after the kid care provider player acc is successfully authenticated. Once started, the Kiosk can be used by parents to check kids in and out of kid care. The Kiosk is also used to display communications between kid care provider and parent, to let parents to approve kid care provider entered attendance records, to view and request attendance reports, and to modernize their contact e-mail address and mobile smartphone number (optional). A special safety code is needed for each parent to gain access to the Kiosk. Child care provider staff members can also check-in/out of the kiosk to hold records of work time. For staff members, the Kiosk is also used to display communications between kid care provider and staff members, view and request attendance reports, and modernize their contact e-mail address and mobile smartphone number (optional).
