About the application:

Budgeting apks that connect to your bank or credit card accounts and that track each transaction are helpful (or even important) for managing your household budget. I use one myself! However, after making my budget, and after giving myself specific amounts each month to spend on Gas, Groceries, Spending Cash, etc, I discovered that these really big apks, as bulky as they are, leave one thing to be desired. All of my cash lives in one checking acc, and I need a method to track how much cash remains in each of the categories that I use often (sometimes daily). This apk addresses that! I didn't wish to take money out of the bank to place into physical envelopes. However, the "envelope" concept is nearly excellent for what I am trying to accomplish. So, I created this apk which allows me to make digital "envelopes filled with cash". I can now adjust the cash amounts in these envelopes after each transaction, as I go about my day, with as few clicks as possible! Step 1: Click the "+" button to make a fresh envelope with the amount of cash you've currently budgeted (e.g: Gas, $175). Step 2: You've finished pumping gas; the pump reads "$37.21". Begin the apk, kind "37.21" in the Amount field, and click "-" to subtract. Step 3: You now know that you have "$137.79" left in your Gas budget.
