I am using it alongside Slimming Globe and already I am finding myself much less hungry during the course of the day, which enables me to create better choices about snacks and meals. Would suggest trying it!

But now I search myself making healthier choices and have lost 5 pounds in the latest 2 weeks. I receive up and work out for 30 minutes in the morning before my family are awake and I am eating better. I think this apk just helps hold you motivated.

  reyna asuncion: Good sauce This apk is good. I have been listening to the audios for a few days now and I have already started to feel motivated to work out everyday. The crazy thing about this is that I receive up early on the am to work out before my child wakes up, and I am soooooo not a morning person! I think that this apk would be prefect of I should create a play list of the sessions I wish to use, and maybe have a feature that disables calls and another notifications that would be disruptive. Over all this apk rocks.
