  Chang-Wu Tsao: 今天 Google 已經清楚地說明開發商違規，有錄音為證，既然開發商違規這筆費用就不能合理收取，店家如此不重視使用者權益實在很荒謬。 6/10 Google 客服表示，開發商有權處理，因此開發商違規，建議檢舉，也將協助檢舉開放傷商。 4/11 再次打給 Google，與開發商雙方還是互踢皮球，擺明了是利用法規漏洞，在系統問題上可以不需負責，一切均由消費者承擔。 4/10 試用期取消訂閱還給我續訂，聯絡客服拒絕處理，態度相當差勁，系統問題未成功取消要使用者活該認賠，根本等同搶錢，從沒遇過這種開發商，給一顆星是因為不能給負分，像這種店家沒上新聞只會繼續囂張，一定找相關單位介入處理，欺負消費者太甚。
