  Holly D: FINALLY!!! As of 4/17 there was a fresh modernize that fixed the sizing problem!!!! Thank you soooo much!!! I do have fun the apk. The workouts hold you motivated!! So satisfied this is working once more!!!!! ________________________________ This apk was good until a latest modernize. I cannot see the video on my smartphone screen anymore the sizing it completely messed up. There is a box with your initials and a number but have no explanation what it means and I cannot close it. Unless that is because I can't receive to the bottom of the screen to do so. I have sent 2 emails with no response through the apk. I cannot search anything on Google to see if this is something I should fix. I've tried everything, it's just broke. Fix it!!!!!!!

  Danielle Davis: I am not even able to move beyond the registration screen. Says that username already exists even when I submit a completely BLANK form. No matter what email address I test, even a brand fresh email address prompts the error that an acc with that email address already exists. Very discouraged as I test to begin a fresh workout tool.

  D C: Just downloaded before I bought bicycle. Awesome thing because after I downloaded it for android device, it says have no compatable devices. It showed avail devised beforehand. guess i cant buy bicycle now. also, i clicked on android device, but my apk shows a apple on it so now wandering if they gave me an ios ver. i cant even kind on this comment. its taking 15 mins to do it. now i think im going to be charged for a nonfunctioning apk. frustrating. now it says its compatible with some devices, but i cant select anything. it says it didn't download, yet its on my llist of apks and it says installed on apk shop. i cant even click on the email link to email them.

  Brian Asbjornson: They could stop selling the bicycle immediately, as the apk is so buggy and dysfunctional it makes their bicycle useless. Here's what's wrong. I tried with my Samsung (Android device) smartphone. The apk crashed multiple times before I was even able to receive it set up properly. I tried an in-app purchase to subscribe to the live classes and that that didn't work. I tried one of the gratis classes and all the data about my ride stopped working after 10 mins. The calories and another performance indicators didn't change my latest ten mins of the ride. Fine. I wish a bigger screen, so I gave up on using my smartphone. I then bought an Android device smartphone to use with the bicycle. I foolishly created a purchase in the apk for the full class availability, but the purchase did not synch to the smartphone, so almost all classes are unavailable. After getting the smartphone and bicycle to connect, no video plays. The apk shows the class, and there is audio, but no video. Useless. I would highly advise people not to buy the bicycle due to the major bugs with the apk. You can spend a 1/2 as much and just receive a awesome spinning bicycle, as the without a functioning apk, the bicycle is just that.

  Steve Denis: Would suggest echelon take a look at peloton for usefulness in an exercise apk. "Test harder" and "go back to your base" doesn't assist at all... what could be specific my wattage, rpm, heart rate goals during the workout?! Just give me something to aim for!

  Jessica Cerda: Awful. Constantly freezes during workouts and doesn't save past rides. When I emailed customer care, I got no response. I like the bicycle itself, but this apk is useless. If Echelon would let the bicycle to connect with any apk, that would be good.

  The absolute WORST apk ever;goes for 30seconds,stops;goes for 10-15seconds, stops. Got more exercise trying to reset the apk than I got on the bike.Love the bicycle!
