This is the "donate" ver - it is identical to the gratis ver, except for acknowledging that you have donated in the "patient" tab. There is no intention to create the donate ver better than the gratis ver. If you search EchoCalc useful, please consider buying the "donate" ver - all cash raised goes to BSE (minus Google's cut!).
