  A Google user: Very easy and simple to use, helps me manage and track my family's water usage. The self checking salt level attribute is really helpful so I don't have to babysit My Water refining system. It sends me a text when is getting low.

  Anthony Britton: This apk needs to be updated alerts info can not be cleard and owner info on ease report disappears and does match web website. Email system of alerts does work and most info appears to be correct on apk in general. Also there is a lack of help contact for this apk

  Anton Steyn: Only partially useful. We have the Hero-375Plus and the Demand Water softener. So the apk shows both stuff. RO filter info present accurate and complete info. Demand Softener info are sketchy at best. The Current Water Flow graph shows most but not all of the time. The Water Usage graph by day simply does not work, and has not shown any details for months. It used to present the details, but for the past a few months has not, and there is no history no matter how far back I go. At best I give this apk a C. If this was my product, my product development squad would be without work.

  Jason Zillmer: Awesome idea, and was a selling point of the softener, but I've emailed them multiple times over the past few months that both the site and apk think our family only uses 1 gallon of water per day, so they're useless, and have never received a response. The softener itself says it's connected to Wi-Fi and shows actual usage so I'm beautiful sure the trouble isn't there.

  Jamison White: Doesn't work. I added my ECO system to my WIFI network and this apk won't search the system. Even the installation tech was unable to receive it to work. The main selling feature for this model and......it doesn't work. And I can't downgrade my contract now. Just pathetic.

  Marshall M: This is hands down the worst apk I've encountered. After further discussions with another customers, it appears that the apk was made for ecowater to sell more systems as others have indicated their main reason for purchasing. The system itself is not a awesome system and is not player friendly. The features are selling points but don't actually function as designed. If you already purchased this system it's actually more cost efficient to rip it out and purchase a fleck or Marlo water softener that are maintenance gratis. You will spend more on the "maintenance/service" in 2 years with ecowater. Total scam!
