  Robbie Gill: I used Eden Apk while I was on vacation in December. I wanted my driveways and walkway cleared before I got home. It was such a good feeling to be able to handle the entire transaction while I was on the beach and also to come home to a perfectly plowed driveway. I'll definitely use Eden once more soon!

  Jenn Kean: Love the apk, first time I used it I had a question about the yard size as you enter just width and depth but not all is grass....got a response right away and they explained how the calculate the cost. Have used them twice now - no complaints, I had a good contractor (same one both times), very friendly and did a good job! Will hold using!

  Michael Keuken: Beautiful satisfied, but.... The contractor pushed the snow onto the road opposite my house which is not permitted in the town of Toronto. Disappointed that the contractors engaged by the service wouldn't know this or worse would disregard the bylaws. Ample place for snow on my front yard or at the very back of the driveway. Had a visit from the town bylaw enforcement unit today as one of my nosey neighbours lodged a complaint. Otherwise, apk set up, ease of use, functionality etc all perfect. A very convenient service.

  Denis Villeneuve: Hybrid option needs to be updated! You have no visibility into when the contractor will come like in the one off request option. Very disappointed as I wish to create sure I move my vehicle for when they come to clear the driveway. Another than that ... I would highly suggest the apk for one off snow removal or landscaping/leaf removal.

  The idea behind this apk was awesome but I'd to call a few times to receive a contractor. At one point, I got a response the job was done when it wasn't even done at all. Was told contractor's program broke when s/he got to the address. Wasn't impressed that they kept promising next day for almost a week.

  Ray Ruvinskiy: Misleading site description and a number of UX problems: 1. The web website FAQ leads you to trust you can request service 72 hours in advance. In reality, when you submit a job, you have no method of specifying when you wish the work done, so the assumption is you're requesting ASAP. 2. The description says you can cancel a contractor within 5 mins of one being assigned. In reality, it's at most 2 mins. You receive no choice, and you don't see the contractor rating. 3. I requested my driveway plowed and my front pathway cleared. The driveway was plowed fine, but the beginning of the pathway was not only not cleared but had snow plowed onto it. Only a single picture of the driveway was submitted, which didn't present the state of the walkway. I had one hour to "dispute" the work, and as I wasn't home, I didn't see the pathway before it was too late. Also, we now have a snowbank partly obscuring our carport entrance.

  Christopher Simmons: Good idea, awful function. I place in 3 addresses; 1 with 15 ft of sidewalks, 1 with 200ft of sidewalks, and 1 with 150 ft of sidewalks. Price is always $40, no method to verify actual needs, just generalized places you wish done, which don't change the price apparently. Not awful for the large properties, but no method I'm paying that for a townhome. Not even willing to test the service as it doesn't let for specific verification of place to be cleared. Not getting into the hassle of arguing price with someone after they present up, or doing half the job.

  Jaret Caravan: Awful service place Service for this apk is only accessible is Toronto and Vaughan. They don't even let you to enter another places to figure out where demand is. I receive that there may not be service in my place yet as the service is beautiful fresh, but why would I check back or how do you notify me that service is now accessible in my place. Good concept, needs some updates to be useful.

  Bill Chen: The system publisheded a job to snow plow for my house that I never requested. I called the company but nobody answered. The contractor eventually came to my house and explained to me that this is already the 2nd time in a row occurs today. Now I wish to remove my property and payment info but I cannot. I want I had never trusted this apk with my info.
