  E L: I used it couple years now, it is very convenient to sync between laptop and smartphone over my personal LAN. The calendar and another functions are simple to use and have lots of recurring options. It keeps the database in my personal laptop and smartphone, but not on public storage or cloud. I like to create one recommendation. On the sync screen, please specify the local device name. It gives me a peace of mind to see the local device names on laptop and on the smartphone, so I can confirm which device I am sync'ing to. Right now, the sync screen only shows remote device name and no local device name.

  Delia Rubio: I had used the gratis ver at work for a couple years and loved it so much I asked my boss to buy me the license and he did. Just yesterday we purchased a second licence for my coworker after she saw how good this apk is. I work in AP so having pop up reminders and links to files has increased my productivity. I will give this 5 stars when I can sync my smartphone via Bluetooth.

  Piotr Kozarzewski: Very useful tool! However, I've come across a bug in synchronization of data between PC and phone. If you delete previously defined groups on the PC, they are not deleted after synchronization on the phone. The only solution is to uninstall Efficcess from the phone, install it once more and re-synchronize. And I have a recommendation of enhancing possibilities of the apk: I would be satisfied to see an option of importing data (and even better - synchronization) from Samsung's S Planner and related apks bundled with smartphones.

  Ogaba Agu: Apart from the rather strange name, I like everything about this apk, knowing that it is still growing. Meanwhile, in addition to omissions noted by others, apk owner could contain ability to share and backup records in case a device gets stolen or lost. Sync is good but if you can't archive your data, the afford of creating the data is a waste.

  A Google user: Eventualy chose to uninstal as falls long method behind the tool in terms of calander happening view.I will refuse to use once more until somekind of identification is added to calander view enabling week to view .No clarification between the apk and the tool to recommend to me that the apk is only part finished i felt much more confident using the tool alone but hey it got me to buy a licence eh i wouldnt say i feel cheeted just allow down by the apk but the tool is worth a licence on its own

  Randy Dykhuis: I like this apk a lot but it's not excellent and there is one deficiency that will stop me from buying the apk after the trial period expires. First the awesome. This apk along with the desktop companion allows me to dump Google calendar. It's simple to use, with all the views I need, and it syncs desktop to smartphone. There are three things that apk needs. First is a true calendar and not just an agenda. Second, a method to sync that doesn't require me to manually begin on both my smartphone & desktop. Finally, the deal-breaker: the happenings view does not present day of week when I look by week or month. Knowing that an happening is scheduled for May 18 doesn't have the context that I need. I must have the day of the week. Is May 18 a Monday or Saturday? Knowing whether a particular date is on a weekday or weekend is absolutely important. A couple quibbles: Why can't the week begin on Sunday in the month view on my PC? Why is Sunday always lumped with Saturday at the end of the week? I would also like more keyboard shortcuts for things such as moving to the next week or month. I hope these things are fixed because I'm ready to be done with Google calendar.

  James Baptista: How can a programme that syncs with its pc calendar equivalent not have a calendar in it??!! I wish to see a calendar layout to reflect my EfficientPM on my pc. At the moment it syncs all the individual happenings but doesn't present them in the monthly calendar layout which is what i really need. Please do this for the next modernize!
