Jeremy Akers: EV drivers really need an apk like this that actually works... But this one unfortunately does not. It attempts to route you through charging stations that are not even begin to the public and there's no method to modify the route it generates to avoid such stations. It also doesn't seem to acc for the power of the charger. It could favor higher power chargers which would decrease the overall travel time but it doesn't seem to do that. There's also a lot of public stations listed on another apks like PlugShare which don't seem to present up here which may also be part of the trouble. Dev Response: You really expect me to go edit the stations in OpenChargeMap when they are already in PlugShare? PlugShare makes it's API accessible so why don't you just use that data instead since it's more complete. You could also allow players choose stations to "prefer" or "avoid". You also claim it favors level 3 instead of level 2, but I'm not even seeing that. On a trip I calculated from my home to Houston it had me spending 0 mins at a level 3 station even though the quickest route to Houston takes you past a few. It instead routed a longer distance, and longer time route for L2 chargers.
