You can send email with this Tasker plugin, without player interaction. (For example sms forwarding to email...) You have to choose Tasker Email Sender in the plugin menu, and set all info field. (host, port, smtp_user, smtp_pass, from address, to address, topic, body. If you wish send SMS text in body = %SMSRB) - Can use Tasker variables in fields - Attach a file from droid file system.. (the path is also possible tasker variable) We suggest smtp server to Gmail. If you can't send email with gmail acc you have to enable third party application is google safety settings... 1. click here: https://myaccount.google.com/security#connectedapps 2. It's better than texting me the gps place because it's stealthier. The wife can track me too. We both sell true estate and it's for security. Dean Rowntree: Used to work, doesn't now For some reason, this has just stopped working. I use Tasker for all sorts and know how it works. I had my email send task working flawlessly. Now, I have to run the task manually to receive the email to send. Pointless. I've emailed the developer, no response. Awful present.
