It will assist you document and share necessary info with a temporary guardian or caregiver in the happening you become incapacitated in some method or unable to care for your kids. This apk will assist the caregiver with info about your child’s everyday care (school, health,...). Once completed, you can email the final plan to anyone you select. The Emergency Plan can also assist reassure your kid that during a time of crisis, you have arranged for their care by someone with knowledge about their lives and everyday routines. Indiana statute allows for the appointment of standby guardians. So, along with the emergency plan, I strongly advise parents to execute a standby guardianship with a licensed attorney.
