About the application:

EndeavorRx is the first & only FDA-cleared video mini game treatment for children 8-12 with ADHD. Access to treatment in the mini game requires a prescription from your child's healthcare professional. If you keep a prescription for EndeavorRx, our pharmacy partner, PhilRx, will send you an activation code to activate treatment. Made by world-class neuroscientists and award-winning mini game designers, EndeavorRx is powered by Selective Stimulus Management Engine (SSME™) technology that is designed to challenge and target places of the brain that play a key role in attention function. When playing the mini game, the goal is for your kid to successfully navigate their hero through courses while collecting targets and avoiding obstacles. They’ll chase mystic monsters, racing through various worlds, using boosts to problem-solve while building their very own universe — and the difficulty levels adjust in real-time based on each child’s performance. In clinical practice, EndeavorRx is indicated to improve attention function as measured by computer-based testing in kids ages 8-12 years old with primarily inattentive or combined-type ADHD, who have a demonstrated attention problem. Patients who engage with EndeavorRx demonstrate improvements in a digitally assessed measure (Try of Variables of Attention, T.O.V.A.®) of sustained and selective attention and may not display benefits in typical behavioral symptoms, such as hyperactivity. EndeavorRx could be considered for use as part of a therapeutic tool that may contain: clinician-directed therapy, medication, and/or educational tools, which further address symptoms of the disorder. It is not intended as a stand-alone therapeutic, nor is it a substitute for your child’s medication. EndeavorRx requires a prescription from your child’s healthcare professional. You could contact your child's healthcare professional and review the necessary indications, security, and cautions in the Instructions for Use before deciding on using the EndeavorRx treatment.
