Reviews and Recent Comments:
Becky Hoai: I like that the learning curve to use this apk is not steep at all. The interface is easy but pleasant to look at, and it's beautiful fun dragging my lighting history to modernize it... but maybe I am just easily amused. In any case, the optimal schedule it gave me to shift my sleep cycle back a few hours worked surprisingly well! (I stayed in the same timezone IRL but told the apk I was traveling to Anchorage.)

Euler Alves: Funciona, experimentei o método mesmo ainda sem existir o aplicativo e minha viagem foi muito mais prazeirosa. Praticamente anulei o jet lag seguindo a recomendações básicas de dieta de luz antes da viagem. It works better than pills. But the interface needs to improve. There is a lot of cities missing. It doesn't preview savings time

John Morgan: Good concept well executed. I look forward to using it on my next trip. A few niggles I have already come across: when viewing the schedule it defaults to Detroit time for some reason. Surely it could present local time for before the trip starts and fresh time place for after the trip starts. A monthly calendar view would be nice for setting trip info. Date ordering another than US month/day/year would be a useful option.

Jim Puzar: Doesn't recognize that you are leaving HKG and arriving LAX same day going back across the date line ... leaving at 3pm HKT and arriving same day at 11am

John Putnam: Can't set my place. I'm in Tucson, always MST. Closest town listed is Phoenix, but time place given is MST. Arizona is always on MST. Tucson is not an option.

Harold Wang: So confusing

Jon Pike: I've read the jet lag research that this apk is based upon, and I am really keen to see this apk succeed, but it doesn't ... It is awkward to use and cannot provide any pre-travel suggestions. Most importantly, the tip it gives is obviously faulty. Have the developers inspected the apk outside of a limited set of US timezone scenarios?

A Google user: So confusing I couldn't follow what it was recommending... Needs to be method more intuitive.

Justin Booth: Hoped this would be helpful but the suggested light / dark schedule is completely impractical

A Google user: Does not work for me. It says that there are no suggestions to display. I travelled from Manila to Vancouver a few days ago.

A Google user: Needs a simpler and less ambiguous ui

Wendy Butler: When I input my To & From cities, it gives the wrong amount of hours. NYC to Tokyo would never be 11 hours. Its either 13 or 14 depending on DST. Also the light schedule seemed totally wrong when arriving in Tokyo.

A Google user: Player interface is terrible and cryptic. This is a shame since I am sure it would be very useful.

J. Edward: Just doesnt work. 11 hour difference, tells me to shift light by 2 mins one day then 30 mins back the next, then jump 7 hours the latest day. Nonsense.

O GK: Only 12 hrs in a day

A Google user: More explanations about the "typical amount of light exposure" would be nice to know before I create the selection that fits my situation. We can't just assume what it means. You don't even have it in your FAQ.

David Zhu: So the tip for adjusting a 12 hour time difference ahead of time is to be exposed to light from midnight to 9am. Tell me sth that I don't already know.

Jack DeBear: Should not be more oblique.

Steffen Schuldenzucker: As people have said before, the suggested schedules create zero sense. Therefore useless.

Bill Maul: For a trip to Oz from UK it shows going to full light at 2am on first day of adjustment which is totally impractical for trying to maintain normal life before trip. While in theory it may work, just unusable

Celia Harris Soriano: Test making it easier to use, that's the key for success. (You could fell embarrassed that a kid can design an apk better than you can)

John Edward: Did not work in android device
User rated this game 1/5 on 2015-05-07
A Google user: Was really hoping that this would work but the schedule that it keeps giving me makes no sense. It's telling me to wake up at midnight and go to bed at 8 am when I'm only shifting four hours (going backwards). :(
