  Douglas B. McKay: Setup worked good once I got a awesome WiFi signal to the unit. A lot of public chargers I've used don't give nearly as much power as my JB (a full 6.6 kW into my 2015 LEAF). Hoping for an option to charge to 90% someday because I live on a hill and miss out on all the regen I should receive on my method out.

  Alasdair Robertson: Works exactly as expected, allows timed charges and logs kWh used. I've set multiple car profiles to track two EVs but of course you've got to remember to set which car is plugged in. I've also got one set up for visitors. Only niggle I've got so far is that I can't see how to set my tariff cost or see what the basis is for the relative saving of running an EV.

  Matt Knight: Follow the instructions that the apk prompts you will. Set up took about 20 minute begin to finish. Set up for my TOU was beautiful simple I just looked when my rate changed and punched it in for weekends and weekdays. All in all I'm super satisfied with my buy. Very glad I got the Juicebox Pro and not the Regular (quick charge is nice)

Connecting to my juicebox was a tiny confusing not knowing that after I connected during setup I just required to click my wireless connection once more as the target and kind in my wireless connection PW. And it worked like it did before I had to return my warrantied failed charger to the manufacturer. I'm a satisfied camper once more 😃😃😃

  Tim Burrell: I see a lot of people complaining about features, etc, even someone complaining about the home page graphic not matching their vehicle? The juice box is good! It works good, and this apk goes method beyond my expectations. Scheduling works perfectly, I can see the status, and I can even tell it to stop charging after a certain number of miles added -- something my vehicle can't even do. I can't imagine needing anything more!

  Alan Moore: Apk works ok. But the charging station no longer responds to the apk or the network. It charges the vehicle ok, but the apk is pointless when the charger stops responding. Modernize: help was able to receive me back and running, so I'm upping the rating. I only want now that it gave a monthly reading so I should estimate my charging costs.

  John Donaldson: Works well. Just two little things should be fixed. 1) The estimated time to fully charged is significantly incorrect for our vehicle. The vehicle has a max charge time of 2 1/2 hours but the JuiceBox usually estimates 5 to 6 hours. 2) The current charge info often isn't shown (time it started, time spent charging, kW used so far) until later.

  TiTo Hernandez: Seems to rely on a connection to their servers to work as advertised. If their servers go down it defaults to instantly begin charging. We need a method to locally connect to the device in the happening of server outages (which are frequent). Also the stop charging button does nothing.
