A Google user: In general OK to do the job. Sorting and filtering should be improved though. The same goes for the general UI. Not really up to android device standards. Largest problem: When you go back to the find results from an happening info page you always end up on the top of the results once more, which I search very annoying.

A Google user: The tickets are not refundable although a "Ticketversicherung" contract was closed and paid during the buying process. I think the text stating that the additional insurance and refund is only for "extreme" cases could be more clear during the buying process.

A Google user: Don't ever buy to/with eventim if you are not 100% sure you are going for what you buy and if you live outside Germany or England. You just can't resell. It's imposible even in the only oficial website they recommend/accept if you don't live in the country of this apk. Lost 160 euros for 2x54€ tickets. Expensive and no afters ale Help.. They don't care about nothing.

Omar Essam: I bought a ticketdirect and it got rescheduled after six months and I can't attend and I am eligible for a refund and they even sent me the link for refund via email but when I enter my barcode it tells me something is wrong and i could contact the customer service and when i call them it tells me that the call can't be completed, that is fraud and annoying.

A Google user: Even though the apk and site is accessible in English, those on the customer service hotline do not (or will not) speak English. I've called multiple times to receive assistance with a ticket problem and multiple times had German speakers hang up when I request English. This is absolutely appalling customer service as I have yet to solve the problem or receive an appropriate response. I suggest all those looking for tickets to use other service so you do not receive caught in the same situation.
