Coach Andi ist super nett, hilft bei Fragen schnell weiter (auch zur Ernährung). Teilnehmer motivieren und tauschen sich gegenseitig über das Forum aus. Die Apk ist benutzerfreundlich und mit der Smartwatch kompatibel. Ich empfehle das Training allen Eltern die ihre Fitness in familienfreundlicher Atmosphäre verbessern möchten.

One click to receive to video, but extras clicks to go back. Zero clicks is ideal.

  Evan Doughty: Beautiful solid, clean apk- couple of things would create it easier to use. Fast button to jump to calendar from the player side. If a time interval is prescribed, have it already populated to the timer for each set. Edit weights for all sets at once in a super set. Also, reciprocal syncing to Google Fit and calories burned tracker would be a large plus

  Matt Partridge: Just feels very clunky all round. Notifications do not work properly, the rest timer never goes off unless you hold the apk begin and awake for the whole duration. It's a total pain to use when there is no signal/WiFi. Only use it because it is what my trainer uses.

  M. Blush Sutton: It would be better if the apk included speaking and melody. The exercises aren't continuous; thus, you have to manually play each video/exercise. A flow would create it better. I hate how auto rotation occurs on my screen despite being disabled on my smartphone.
