  Joe Mirolli: *Updated Modernize* create sure if your using DynDNS or related to have your external URL match. Also when using Let's Encrypt create sure the CN name matches your dyn url. *Modernize* Application note for those with connectivity problems: if your running the web service on the same box as the the exacq server tool, by default the local loop back IP 127.0.0.1 is pre populated, it will work everywhere except for this apk. Change the address of the server in the webservice to the actual IP of the exacq server which could be the one that is port forwarded in the router.

  A Google User: Will not stream video Resolved with latest Android device modernize. Samsung GS4, if I actually am able to connect to the server I receive a still picture with the hourglass. Really glitchy. I liked older versions much better and they actually worked.

I downloaded and used this apk with ease to present a customer that they should review camera feeds via mobile as well as a a browser and the client tool installed on other computer.

  A Google User: Like fresh design - but upgrades cause host name/port problems Broken on 3.2.1 ver today with an "Unable to connect to" error. Went to Settings>>Applications>>Force Stop>>Clear Data and then re-entered host name/port. Got it working. After 3.2.2 modernize it quit once more but followed same steps as before to fix. The fresh apk design is nice but can be frustrating for non-techies having to clear data/fix after each make batter.

  A Google User: Buggy Definitely a buggy apk, as it seems every another player that has shared. Works flawlessly on my iPad, but it sucks on my Nexus 6 Android device 6.0 device. This review is for the Android device ver of course, but I'm keeping it at 4 stars because it's clear the capability is there, but just not quite. Video doesn't refresh, if I choose a feed I receive a 1 sec refresh, return back to overall view, other refresh, but no constant stream like on iPad. Hold trying, exacq!! Almost there

  A Google User: Works awesome on a galaxy s3 Apk works awesome. I have found that sometimes my webservers will present no connection even though the settings are correct. This usually happens when I'm connected to wireless connection on the same network as the server due to a NAT loopback problem with my domain name setup and network hardware. To remedy this you have to go into the android device apk manager in the smartphone settings for the Exacq mobile app(not google play shop) and choose clear cache. Don't clear data or else you will have to re-enter all your webserver data once more.

  Josiah Langlois: Port Number Bug As of ver 8.0.1, Apk doesn't work when you test to add a fresh system with a port that isn't 80.. The fix is to specify in the address eg 192.168.1.5:85 where the port number is the :85
