It is part of the Trainer+ system, an automated fitness management platform for gyms and private trainers, that is designed for individuals not necessarily working with a trainer. Easily find for exercises based on muscle, equipment, or core movement and view exercise videos, pictures and written instructions. Players can create a list of their favourite exercises and also send a request to a trainer to create a workout tool from a list of exercises. The apk can assist tutorial people for the exercises required when working out at a gym or home and assist connect with a trainer for a custom workout tool. For clients already working with a trainer, the ExerGuide is a complementary program where they can see exercise alternatives or request variations for their tool. For trainers, it can be also be used as a lead generation program to give to individuals who are not yet ready for a training tool, so they have some info and the ability to request a tool in the future. Not a Trainer+ player? That's fine, anyone can use and have fun the ExerGuide.
