  Stefan Ritter von Borkenstein: This Apk is a GUI for libexif.so. ExifTool is also an platform-independent Perl library plus a command-line application for reading,writing and editing metadata. Don't receive angry at me, but I can't accept with what you've said about Batch processing. The only reason why you can duplicate a file is for building you a private sidecar file. What really can be a tiny bit confusing , is a workflow where "multiple photos" is selected. But the batch processing with directory's works very nice.

  Craig Knapp: I was looking for, a solution for editing Exif data when lost after using some image editors. Since I always save the original file (I treat original's like negatives, I may wish to edit later for a various result, or use better tool in the future), with this APP, I can copy EXIF data from the original image into the edited image. ==========For Batch renaming images to the EXIF DATE TAKEN, I recommend PHORGANIZER for Android device and NAMESIF for PC. Using this combination solves the trouble of shooting scenes with multiple camera APPs/Physical cameras, and then the naming conventions of each throwing your images out of chronological order when placed into one sub-directory regardless of the File Browser/Gallery APP/Software used. Rename the files BEFORE editing!

  Charles Watkins: Works with multiple formats (except PNG). It could be noted however that PNG itself eliminates EXIF data. Virtually no tool i can think of can write EXIF data to PNG, except for one that is accessible on Linux. (To The Developer: Glad To Have This Back On Shop! )

  Nicholas Bodley: Sometimes, I wish very much to annotate an photo, and the free-form field in Exif is better than embedding my notes into the filename. As well, I really like being able to access metadata that any quarter-decent camera embeds, such as exposure details. | | | Any device for processing your shots must be able to view and edit Exif, at least, imho. | | | Wonder whether IPTC is next? Android-enabled cameras are probably going to be around for a while, after all.

  Nicholas Bodley: I just bought the apk, and was delighted to be able to embed a very necessary annotation into the EXIF metadata of a rare screenshot. Developers probably have their reasons, but I'd like a conventional Save As function. In a Nexus 7 2, look for modified photo files in /DCIM/. Had to re-save a few times because the "toast" notice disappeared too quick. Sent the developers a notice. (As of this date, one of their screenshots has a glaring misspelling.)

  Mark Evans: Edits EXIF data ok, but noticed that batch edits are interrupted if your device sleeps while processing, meaning you have to reset the process. Force closes if you attempt to switch to other apk while processing. Also REALLY needs the ability to choose multiple photos from gallery apk.

  A Google user: Feature-wise this was the most complete EXIF editor a accessible to Android device players. But...after a few years...the developer has yet to resolve problems with external memory access forced upon Android device by Google developers. Why? That's a mystery for the ages. As it stands in that mystery it's just other useless thing.

  Ryan Crane: Inaccurately geo tagged my images despite multiple tries. Crashed every time I tried to share to the apk from Google Images apk. The company never responded to my emails. Uninstalling. Have had exact opposite and GREAT experience with the EXIF editor by Banana Studios. I would suggest that one. It's easier to use as well.
