  Sierra Johnson: Took Multiple Tries Just to Send Pictures In regards to logging on, I had no problem. Taking the pictures of the accident and the description, I had no problem. But when the final step of submitting everything came, this apk fell short. Tried to submit my pictures 3 times (which took 20 minute each upload mind you) just for nothing to happen and to end up on the same 'upload your pictures' screen. During my 4th attempt, I decided to just allow the upload just run in the background while I used my smartphone. Lo & behold, that's the only time it decided to work.

  Luis Vega: So I'm a claims & hurt agent now? It fails and has to reset if you move your smartphone vertically, one is not a " certified" mechanic what happens if you missed something? & it doesn't create it to the claim who pays for that? Don't like it, if I have to do the work myself what I'm I paying the insurance for??
