  Crystal Brown: Not Awful but Should Use Some Changes The problem with asking for driver's smartphone # & carrier is so they can text you if there is a trouble, such as with your waybill. Works well on my little smartphone but not so well on my husband's bigger Samsung. The QSR code doesn't fit in the place where the scanner is in the kiosk. I haven't quite figured it all out yet. I would like to see an option to print a ticket all the time, only upon exit, never or to be asked at the kiosk every time. Also, would like to see somewhere to request assistance while at NS.

  Very useful The apk is good, and the fact that dispatch usually has my ingate ready before I receive around to doing it myself is even better. However, with all the info in the system, why can't I look up an empty list? It's frustrating to drive all the method to a rail, go to driver assistance, and be told there are no empties. I could be able to search that out while I eat my breakfast.

  David Butler: NEED TO IMPROVE PRACTICALITY (1) Need to add a save password option~As an intermodal driver that runs out of the rail 4-6 times a day having to reenter the password all day everytime I have to enter and exit the rail is annoying and time consuming. (2). Need wall or pole scanners or at least hand held scanners for rail personnel to scan code at rails that don't have express lanes~Having to wait in line plus wait for rail personnel to check you in and out defeats whole purpose of apk. Especially if you're just bobtailing in or out.

  Danny Lambe: It's OK as long as you can drop your trailer in the assigned place. When asked and if you say no it won't come up with the another places so I have to close the apk and begin it back up and say yes when it asks me if I'm in the correct place

  Scott Councilman: It's awesome when it works which is rare. GPS is never right. It's supposed to create entering and exiting faster but one of the 2 ns yard still uses people so there's no reason to use it half the time.
