  A Google user: Yesterday for the first time I Attempted to use your service I thought like most care share if the vehicles are around me it wouldn't take so long to arrive at fast came to realize that the care was going arriving in 16mins in the heart of downtown court with any another care service will take 5-6mins tops. Also noted that all it said was drivers vehicle there is no photo unlike another vehicle share services like Lyft and Uber I should not even see the vehicle on the map where it was it just gave me a timers so I Den start to cancel the trip they said would be a cancellation fee most cancellation fees $2.50 to $5 i only waited 2mins then I noticed on my bank acc that was I was charged for $16.61 which was shocking because that is far more than what cancellation fee could be and the trip was only going to cost between 7-9 so my guest they charge me for the whole trip and the cancellation fee. I will not use this service once more till they fix easy things with these tiny problems can see they are not ready to do ride sharing right

  Anis Sayani: This company seems to be cheating drivers and ripping them of. Today September 02, 2019 , I completed a ride from 93 Cavell ave to 55 Greenbrae circt. I was quoted rate of $18.00 to 19.00 for the ride. When I dropped the rider at 55 greenbrae crct. I got an email from facedrive that the rider ended the ride at 675 danforth ave. and I was paid $3.22 instead of $18.00 or 19.00. Help told me I will receive cheque in mail which doesn't happen I have not yet received two cheques from latest month
