Very user-friendly UI. Perfect customer service! I've never seen an Amazon seller with this awesome quality of customer service. The cameras are good, too. I had expected generic quality, but quickly found that they had place in the additional effort to create really sturdy cameras.

  Dennis Gilmore: Good product. I've bought 5 now. WIFI connection takes 50 seconds out of the box (if you read the instructions!) I don't understand why others have problems with connectivity, but all mine work good. Zoom is done by 2 finger pinch/spread motion. Alarm works every time and notifications are immediate. I haven't tried linking with email though. I can't wait for an exterior ver (BTW, one of mine is mounted outside, just covered from the elements by a shed roof. It worked ok in 20°F weather!). My neighbor is jealous that he spends hundreds a month for monitoring but my Faleemi setup is better! Good product!!!

  A Google user: Faleemi must Improve Apk Options! The motion detector doesn't alert me. There isn't a human being to talk to over the smartphone in customer help. From a marketing stand point, this camera should be an exceptional product if Faleemi would work on some of the problems mentioned by the customers.
