  Bob B: Works good on Moto G (3rd gen) Love the FDT cameras. Simple no trouble getting this apk to recognize & connect to my 3 cameras. Didn't need to do port forwarding or fiddle with my router at all. Can point, tilt & zoom, do snapshots & videos and motion detection and more. Won't install on my Samsung Note 4 though. Tried Tinycam but couldn't receive to work.

  Kuangwei Hwang: Used to work good but now it always present "Connect Failed!" on my recent FDT View 2.0.28 on Galaxy S7, even though I haven't changed my password! Started event around late June 2017. Still works ok on my wife's iPhone but doesn't work on my S7! Please fix bug! This drives me crazy, useless camera until this is fixed. Modernize, starting in 7/13/2017 this is now connecting ok to my Android device Galaxy 7 once more, maybe the FDT engineers fixed the bug on the server, because I noticed the apk ver is the same and I haven't changed the firmware on the cameras (was already updated to 2.0.28) on 7/11).

  David LaPierre: You NEED TO KNOW THIS I was hesitant to purchase any FDT cameras because of the excessive amount of negative reviews. I took a possibility and am glad I did. WHEN YOU BUY AN "FDT" CAMERA IT COMES WITH LIFE TIME SUPPORT ! Just give them a call. Short keep time and a true live person to assist you out.

  Jeff Ward: Upgrading rating. Apparently the latest break in functionality was due to Android device modernize some weeks ago. The most latest Android device modernize has restored this apk to full working status on my Galaxy S5 and S6.

  Mike Sanderson: Once installed the camera performed well with awesome picture quality. One complaint is that if you accidentely delete it from your smartphone the only method of getting it back on is by the UIN which is on the bottom of the camera. Not awesome if you are miles away.

  I really liked having this camera inside my house and the apk for it but for the latest month now, the apk will not allow me turn on the alert notifications on my smartphone. What awesome is it if I can't be alerted when there is movement in my house when I'm not there? Starting to receive very disappointed now...

  Jared Kramer: Beautiful awesome, missing features The apk setup is better than most as far as being intuitive for the features it has. Unfortunately, it seems to be missing some features that would be useful. Unless I'm missing something, I can't stream more than one camera simultaneously, nor have the sound play in the background (either with the screen off or using a various apk).

  Pepe Paco: Yes, after you select a camera on some phones the "NEXT" button is not visible at the bottom of the page, although it's OK (visible) on my Samsung smartphone. On the smartphone (LG G4) I had to install an older ver of the apk, find and install the camera and then modernize the apk. Also no explanation anywhere for some of the functions, on the camera viewing page there are 2 options "SET" and "CALL", with numbers 1 to 8, not sure what this does... no assist page for the apk. Also, how do you modernize the firmware??

  Jaime Lew: PTZ controls are virtually nonexistent. Can't just slide finger in direction and keep it to move the camera continuously, instead you have to slide in direction you wish to go and then allow go and the camera moves a tiny bit and stops. You have to create multiple slides before you receive to your desired place.

  Luke Williams: Overall I am happy with the apk, but there is room for improvement. Largest complaint so far is that it would be nice for the microphone and speaker buttons in the apk to be programmed so that when you keep the microphone button to speak from your smartphone, the microphone on the camera is automatically muted. Currently you must first press the speaker button in the apk to turn off the audio from the camera and then press the microphone button in the apk to speak and then turn the audio from the camera back on to hear a response. Otherwise you receive a awful screeching feedback loop. This process works but it is time consuming and annoying if you are trying to speak with someone on the another end. It would also be nice to have a tiny more control over the motion sensitivity. Even on the lowest setting I still keep constant alarms from the slightest motion caused by a breeze or the ripple of the water in my pool.

  D LAT69: I first installed it on my LGV20 and it works ok for awhile. The feed is clear and I've configured an ftp server to shop video and snapshots which are good features but then when I exit, I have to "add existing" cameras all over. It works ok on a PC and on iOS with no problems but my daily carry is an Android device and this is becoming annoying. I would give it 5 starts but until this is resolved I won't suggest it fully. I will say not really awful being a gratis apk. I would be willing to purchase a paid ver that was more stable.
