  Parvis G: Extremely well-packaged product and simple in set up. Took me 5 mins to install it on my front license plate and within 2 mins I had signal going on my smartphone. I tried getting close to back of a parked vehicle. Screen showed a few segmented lines and as I got closer, # of segments became less. Finally with no segments showing, I stopped completely. I came out and I saw my front bumper was 10 inch away from the back bumper of the parked vehicle in front. I'm very happy with performance. Parvis

I use it everyday to back into my garage which is a fairly tight squeeze. I back up with confidence everytime! Don't hesitate to buy this good product, It beats buying and installing a backup camera.

Not only does this apk connect to the FenSens apparatus but it accesses my Pandora, AAA Acc, a mechanic near by if the need arises(I hope it doesn't), and Google maps so i don't waste my smartphone battery running multiple apks. I'm not dissapointed by any means :)

  Victor Martinez: Begin button stop working few updates ago (almost a year now). Costumer service used to be responsive, but no solution so far. Now, there is no response at all. EDIT: After receiving a fresh button ( and going back to an older ver), I was able to pair the button. It is fully functional now. Although it might be a temporary solution, the company's response and willingness to solve the trouble deserves two more stars.

  Jeb Hoge: Modernize June 16, 2018: Perfect modernize adds a changing tone that rises as you receive closer to an object while reversing. I think the battery life has improved as well. Modernize 10/23: MUCH better. I've had the apk installed for a couple of weeks and haven't noticed the mystery notifications, and it launches quickly and straight into sensing. It also seems to exit cleanly. Next thing I'd like to see is an actual reversing distance readout as the system matures, but I'm satisfied that Fensens has been improving. Modernize 9/12: Revised ver hasn't cured the random notification, but uninstalling the apk does. Core function is awesome. Reverse sensing seems to be effective & clearly defined. I don't like the random notifications that I can't seem to silence. The apk tries to reconnect with the frame depending on where I am in the house; I now have to intentionally switch Bluetooth off and on. I'm also not sure why there's a Home screen with shortcuts to random services in this apk. It's not taking the put of Android device Auto. If I had my method, FenSens would revise the apk to connect to & cue the frame(s) when the apk is opened & in foreground, and then to close completely when exited. Limit controls to a Front & Back activation and the settings page. Hold it tight, fast to load, and minimal. But it's a neat idea and I think the FenSens squad is already working on revisions to the apk, so maybe I'll receive my method.

  Ivan Faj: I've been using it for about a month now, and it works as expected, but there are some hiccups here and there that could really be handled differently, for example, have an offline mode, so that when your servers decide to not work for more than 24 hours, fresh players and those that need to reinstall can actually begin using the apk right away.

  Alex Duong: A good devuce that helps me not hit the things in my garage, however a few tweaks would create this product perfect...remove the blue dot why is it there blocking the signals? Create landscape mode accessible so i can use multiple screens on my smartphone even with fensens on, and let us to select which apks we can place on the alternative screen. If you can add and fix these stuff it would be five stars. Customer help is top notch, had to replace my first one bc the battery compartment was screwed on too tight to remove the cover and contacting customer help had me set up a gratis return and a fresh plate arrived at my house within five days. All this under 20mins of talking, hold up the good work!

  Jey C: Good hardware device, and good idea ... and the apk is improving with each release - developers are very responsive and are making improvements on a weekly basis. Help is friendly and helpful, and the whole squad seem to be striving to create this crowd-sourced project first class. Some minor hiccups around connection (doesn't always seem to wake the sensor from sleep) and not sure what utility the "home" screen adds (links to another apks) but the core functionality of a back-up sensor is a welcome addition to my otherwise low tech ride.

  Dave McKeraghan: I like the apk and the radar seems to work just ok. I only with they weren't in a fixed position because of the method it attracted to my jeep they are slightly pointing upward and don't receive much of the lower obstacles. The battery on the Tap button doesn't latest long.

  John Grant: The apk works ok; easy and intuitive, but the home display is disappointing. Although I have had a couple of hiccups with the unit being slow to "wake up", I'm not certain is not a smartphone or permissions trouble. Seems to be working after latest modernize and re-install. The home screen however has frustrated me. I don't mind the layout, but I don't see any method of changing the displayed apks. Maps of course, but I don't use any of the others, and would like to be able to modify the menu. The hardware function is perfect, and installation couldn't be any easier. I did need to search hardware specific to my car (screw size and length), but the provided hardware is a awesome attempt to fit a lot of apks. The hardware is perfect, but FenSens, should you please allow me modify the home-screen menu selection?

  Mark Lijek: Apk is designed to complement hardware so comments are similar. Setup should be simpler. Had me going through some menus multiple times. Calibration instructions were a tiny confusing also. Now that everything is working seems fine. I have sensor on front and it shows no clearance remaining at 15 inches. No method to adjust further. Also, the instructions say to leave notifications on, which means apk pops up anytime I am near the garage. Could have a fix so can be fully operational without these.

The first time you begin the apk it works perfectly ok, but then when you use it once more pressing the tap button it takes longer to load and sometimes the color bars dont appear. And sometime you have to double press the tap button to create it work. Ver 2.5.17

  Elaine Chau: Why the apk hold asking for make batter and it disconnect all the device all the time...spend 2 days to make batter from.1.0 to 2.1 for the tap and now ask for make batter to 2.2...how a lot of more...why this make batter cannot come with the apk which i just install 2 weeks ago. After make batter, connect fail for both tap and sensor...arghhhhh.....it is awesome when it works but hold disconnecting doesnt assist at all. Also what the purpose of the red/ green dot on display?

  Manmeet Bhangu: The UI needs lot of improvement, specifically the 2nd photo. Why place Spotify, Pandora and your mechanic. Anyways, these icons are crude and large. There are so a lot of slick apks with nice UI. May be you can subcontract the UI to a 3rd party. But it definitely needs improvement. Please fix the spelling of "otherwise" in FAQ section. "otherwise" is spelled "otheerwise" with an additional e, in the 8th row. Didn't anyone proofread it?

  Ricardo Carneiro: I had to replace the rear bumper on my van and decided not to drill parking sensors back so this device seemed to be excellent and it was when the tap button worked flawlessly, but after iOS modernize tap button no longer works reliably needing player to unblock smartphone and tap apk before sensors work; shame I hope this gets fixed and tap button unlocks smartphone and launches apk with just a tap once more. Another than that device works beautiful well.
