Explore the art of fermentation and pickling with FermentApp! Our comprehensive apk is designed to teach you everything you need to know about veggie lactofermentation from scratch and at your own pace. With 10 beautifully illustrated lessons and more than two hours of rigorous content, you'll learn all the theory behind the fermentation process. You can also listen to the lessons while doing another things, thanks to the audio format. Our apk contains 16 step-by-step guided recipes, each with alerts and notifications that will tutorial you through the whole process. Starting with simple recipes like Fast Pickles and Sauerkraut, you'll work your method up to more challenging dishes like Kimchi – our graduation recipe. All the recipes are vegan or have a vegan option, and we're constantly adding fresh ones! The apk is accessible in both English and Spanish and covers subjects like fermentation and pickling techniques, hygiene and cleanliness, trouble solving, suggested programs, and more. Our lesson index contains an introduction to the course, a breakdown of fermentation and pickling techniques, and a fermentation decalog. We have large plans for the future of FermentApp!
