  Chris Sugg: I feel that most reviewers on here truly don't know what they are doing in this field. When used correctly this apk and probe kit can be one hell of a program. But I search more often than not in this field that the "techs" who receive frustrated with the programs don't really know what they are doing in HVAC.

  Evan Skolaski: A few problems that have already been mentioned. Loss of connection when smartphone or smartphone goes to sleep, the feedback about subcooling and super heat being above or below target was incorrect. I'm ecstatic that we can now view measurements without wireless connection or data connection. I service residential equipment in rural places and do not always have data to begin the apk. Love the durability of this product the probes themselves are very accurate. Overall very satisfied with fieldpeices readiness to fix bugs or problems. Over all I suggest fieldpiece above another brands.

  A Google user: Now everything works for me . I still have to have Bluetooth off on smartphone before starting live measurements. What makes the pro ver worth the 120 a year is because I can have an ahu 4 floors below a cu on the roof and maybe the programs don't connect. So you can read indoor save it go to roof read it save it sit in ac and make a report either to assist diagnose or post report. So it really doest matter how far apart or if they all connect at the same time the apk syncs your readings up like you did. That's worth the cash.

  Garey Griff: Apk is good. Still have a lot of changes and updates there doing to create it run smoother. When it's all said and done this apk is going to be a mini game changer for the hvac feild. I love it. Sometime it's frustrating but I messaged them and hold in touch with problems I have so they can correct it.

  Steve Dewey: Unlike some others the Android device apk works just ok for me with the Note 9. With that if I have a Bluetooth headset connected to the smartphone at the same time there can be an problem. Not a large deal I just turn the headset off then the apk works good. I use the apk with the SMAN 380V and the job link probes, temp clamps, and psycrometers.

  A Google user: Job link apk has a awesome consept but there are couple of things that I like to receive added. 1: air side "wet/dry bulb" tab needs to be able to manually be chosen because programs are either out of range and/or i have to use non wireless programs because wireless wont be picked up. 2: we need other window with run time history. I need to be able to observe a graph change in temp and pressure over a certain length of time. 3: instead of entering model and serial number we need an ability to use snapshot recognition option and same for adress - a snapshot of the GPS place. Fieldpiece is moving in the right direction. Hold doing just so. Thank you

  Jon Ward: 11-30-17 UPDATE I have decided to modernize the review after a few updates the apk has improved greatly. The random lockups and restarts on the apk have stopped. The only gripe which is not the worst thing in the globe is to add some features for refrigeration guys. This apk is clearly built around HVAC. I have been using the Bluetooth probes heavily for refrigeration. ORIGINAL REVIEW This apk has came a long method in improvements and I can honestly say I see fieldpiece putting a lot of work in development. The apk still type of sucks and seems to crash a lot. You have to have internet while running the apk and looking at pressures on a system, I saw where there supposed to release an modernize which changes this. I have been using the heck out of my fresh Bluetooth fieldpiece kit but having to force close and reset the apk is annoying. Fieldpiece I know you guys are hard at work on improving this apk since I see the updates coming out every few weeks, as the apk improves I will revise my review.
