  A Google User: Essentially OutRun 2 if we got it in the 80's !!! What a brilliant effort. It plays as well as the first FF, but now comes with oodles more personality. This squad knows what created OutRun work. This mini game controls, looks and sounds like OutRun title, and that's ok by me. The pixel art is nigh-on excellent, with the colour schemes, in particular, stunning - a MASSIVE improvement over the first Final Freeway. We now also have the ability to select between drivers and cars, a unbelievable addition that only adds to the authentic arcade flavour. I can only recommend two places in which improvement can be created in the inevitable (?) sequel. Firstly,this mini game is BEGGING Xperia Play optimization. And secondly, the melody, whilst unbelievable, isn't all that catchy in an 'OMG WHICH CLASSIC SHALL I PICK THIS TIME?!?!?!' kinda method - the tracks are layered, complex and heaps of fun (with some very tongue-in-cheek titles and references to past SEGA Super Scaler titles), but they lack the melodic heart that could be beating inside them. But I'm nitpicking... once more, this is OutRun 2 via 1988 - good items. Between this and Bean's Quest, the 16-bit days are back, and I, for one, couldn't be happier. Final Freeway 2R is truly good.

  Bernard Newmarch: Ah the Feels! Just like the original Outrun, this addictive tiny gem is simple to play-difficult to master. It manages to nail the atmosphere and all the qualities of Outrun so well, (the melody is good in this respect), that it never feels like a cheap rip-off; a true homage to the 8-bit era. My only criticism is the breaking can be a bit harsh - would love to have a softer breaking setting in the options .....even the ability to drift (unless I'm missing something). Nevertheless, a good purchase. 5/5

  Kevin Chan: A Nostalgic Goodie I've spent countless hours playing Outrun using only the cursor keys on my PC when I was young, and this mini game brought back some fond memories. It's a bit short and the melody is a bit lame, but at this price it's still worth it. That's why I bought this even though I've already completed the gratis ver. P.S. I installed this mini game on my Nexus 4 with stock 4.3 ROM and it ran ok.

  Patrick Robertson: OutRun love letter! I think this mini game is a rad racer and I love the switch to a pixel art style over the first. The mini game has only one minor trouble, I wish MORE! I noticed an modernize lets us have two guys in the vehicle and while it seems that it's nothing more than letting you place any dozens of the accessible heroes in the vehicle, it makes me satisfied as a gay guy! I've also played the iOS ver and the only another thing I should ask for is an option to turn off the filtering. Unbelievable mini game and looking forward to more!
