  James S: It WORKED!!! When I first reported the allow on the side of our building, they closed my request and it was still not cleaned. I thought "oh well, it was worth a test." Then a few days later, I came out and it was done. It may not work ALL of the time, but I think that it is a awesome begin. I think it awesome of the town to produce this apk in an effort to at LEAST test to receive these sort of things resolved.

  Michael Martin: Good Apk, It Works! I bicycle commute to work daily during the week. The ride consists of me going from one end of Denny Method from the top of Capitol Hill to the another, and back at the end of the day. I have reported two potholes on my ride and both were fixed within a week! This is the best mix of citizen responsibility and government responsiveness. Download the apk and test it for yourself.

  Michael Corcoro: Worked good for reporting a pothole I reported a awful pothole along my regular bicycle commute. I liked the method it allowed me to search and tag the place and then upload a picture. Response time was perfect. I found the pothole fully repaired when I passed by a couple days later.

  John Williams: Functional but takes too much work I have to enter a place. And a description. And a place & description! The place is already geotagged in the image. The description will always be "graffiti". If you really wish this apk to be used by busy people, you need to require only the geotagged photo, and maybe the popup menu of kind of property (but really you could have workers who monitor incoming photos and notate any extra details from the photo.)

  Andrew Saturn: No answer, tickets just closed Would be nice to receive an actual resolution message when my tickets are closed and the things I reported are unchanged. Do they need more details? Do I need to contact someone else? Simply closing the ticket makes no sense.

  Ann G: Love the simple reporting, should use some improvement I found it cumbersome to move the dot on the map to the correct place. It was oddly not located at my current place (which was correct on the map), and it took some niggling to receive it to the right put. Otherwise, my first (and only so far) report went in smoothly and has been acknowledged in the apk and via email.

  Bob Buechler: Can't drop a pin on the map? This apk, as useful as it should be, is hindered by what seems to be a easy trouble to fix, the inability to drop a pin on the map instead of actually having to be physically located at that put in order to report something (in my case, a pothole that needs repairing). I understand the need for accurate places, but a dropped pin would achieve that without requiring the use of place services and being onsite when reporting problems.

  Dan T.A. Eisenberg: Awesome idea, unsure how effective Awesome idea and fairly clean functional apk. I've reported illegal dumping of furniture and had the furniture cleaned up quickly. However it is unclear to me if parking enforcement notices are taken seriously or if I am just wasting my time. It would be nice if I should receive more of a response of what the effect of my report is so I should know. Giving only three stars until a feedback feature is provided with a response from the town.

  Tom Dreamer: LOUSY! I downloaded it to report potholes, dead signs, etc... The app's ability to search my place is almost nonexistent. I use another apks that need to pinpoint my place and they manage to search me within whatever block I'm in, a lot of times in front of my own building if I'm home. This one can't do any better than a half mile away. Add the inept folks on the another end who couldn't interpret the data and my request to fix a broken wood sign post leaning across a busy sidewalk became an abandoned car in the Cascade neighborhood. Needs a LOT of improvement

  Brian Richardson: Apk works but ineffective Used it 3 times to report overflowing garbage cans or overgrown yards. Ignored by Town of Seattle once, and long delayed and therefore useless responses received both another times. Wasn't worth the apk place.

  David Hill: Good idea, not so good execution I used to it report illegal dumping. Both reports had their status updated to "closed" within a few hours. However, no clean-up! I called the town and was told that "closed" simply meant they had routed the request to a squad and it should take up to 10 days to receive the mess cleaned up. Seems that there could be an "in process" status for the apk.

  Stephanie Fisher: Should be a good apk... ...if someone really took action and not just marked a request complete without actually doing something. Once they have "completed" and closed your request you can't reopen it (since no actio was ever actually taken).

  Matt Coldwell: The apk itself is ok, but the Town doesn't actually answer, so it's type of a waste of time. I've submitted multiple reports and it shows the reports were opened and then closed a few days later. I suppose they think that problems will just resolve themselves if they ignore them.
