  Bill Cornish: I received a Firewalla Blue device from my brother as a gift. I couldn't locate the apk on the Google Play Shop using my Alcatel smartphone, and when I accessed Play Shop via site found a notice that the apk was incompatible with my device. I contacted Firewalla help about the problem on Friday evening, and after some back and forth emails about the problems I was having and the info of my device they sent me a download link for a ver of the tool at 3:22am Monday. The tool installed successfully, and while there were some problems with pairing it is now working. Firewalla is also purchasing an Alcatel smartphone like mine in order to do further testing and to provide better help for customers who may have this brand of smartphone. Quick response and perfect help!

  Harold Isaacs: Firewalla will no longer sync with apk. All I have now is a red brick. Please assist Modernize after rebooting computer and smartphone and power cycling firewalla and a few attempts at linking unit to apk I was finally able to connect to firewalla once more... Further modernize following installation of a few updates...problems resolved. ..I only encounter a "firewalla is offline when I have a large influx of fresh players. Thanks Firewalla squad!!! You really stand behind your product!

  Michael Prather: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍 Firewalla has brought an enterprise quality firewall to the consumer at a good price! I was able to install this on my Google WiFi with no problems. Just follow the instructions! Firewalla gives me much more safety and insight for our home network.
