FitNotes is a workout tracker with a focus on simplicity and clean design. Advertisement Free! Workout Log - View and navigate everyday workout logs quickly by swiping between them - Navigate to a specific day using the inbuilt calendar - Add an exercise to the workout log and record sets of weight and reps or distance and time - Swipe across when recording sets to view your workout history with the exercise - Attach comments/notes to sets - Rest timer with sound and vibration options - Re-order exercises you've added to a workout log (long press an exercise card to initiate 'edit mode' and then press and drag the blue drag icon at the top right of the card) Exercise Database - Contains a default selection of categories (Chest, Back, Legs, etc) - Each category includes a little default list of exercises - Make custom categories to better suit your training tool - e.g. Olympic Lifts, Plyometrics, Ab Training, etc - Add fresh exercises quickly using 'Save and Fresh' feature - Two exercise types: Resistance and Cardio - Resistance - record training in weight and reps - Cardio - record training in distance and time Routines - Make a routine to provide fast access to your most commonly used exercises - Assign exercises to a particular day within the routine - Name a day whatever you wish (Monday, Chest Day, Workout A, etc) - Choose a single exercise from a day within the routine to add it to the training log or hit 'Log All' to add an empty set for each exercise which can then be filled in later - Make as a lot of routines as you wish and switch between them using dropdown list - Remembers which routine you chosen last Calendar - Dates on which you have recorded training logs are highlighted - Tap a day in the calendar to display a popup listing the exercises performed on that day - Navigate to a specific day's training log by choosing it in the calendar and hitting 'Go!' - Filter which days are highlighted in the calendar - e.g. Highlight days where I did bench press and lifted more than 80kg for at least 5 reps Highlight days where I ran outdoors and travelled more than 3 miles in less than 20 minutesr Backup/Restore - Backup your data to device storage or an online cloud service (DropBox or Google Drive - please ensure you have the corresponding apks installed on your device if you would like to backup to one of these services) Export - Export your training logs in CSV format so they can be analyzed in your spreadsheet application of choice Permissions - Modify or delete the contents of your USB storage: Needed in order to be able to backup/export data to your device storage or sd card - Control vibration: Used if you have chosen the 'Vibrate' option for the rest timer - Prevent device from sleeping: Needed in order to ensure the rest timer continues to count down when the screen is off If you have any feedback then please email [email protected]

It lets me add my own moves in about 5 sec and categorize them, copy and paste repeated workouts, and see completed days on a calendar. Data can be exported as .csv to view in Excel. Exactly what I wanted, in a nice clean interface too.

I used to use Google hold notes and have always kept an eye out for a strong apk to replace it. A Google user: It may not have the most intuitive interface for some players, but if your willing to give it a possibility you'll search that it's certainly not complicated, in fact, it's the most easy apk in terms of tracking your info! It provides a surprising amount of data and insight in how it records your details, and the undisputed lord in terms of customization and freedom of use! The excellent apk for those who don't need pre-made routines and instructions on how to work out.

A Google user: I usually give up on exercising after about a week, but this apk changed that for me. The calendar feature is so satisfying to watch light up, and to see your gains/losses shown in a graph is good! You can add fresh exercises and build routines/workouts and it even tells you when youve surpassed a previous weight/rep max. It's also beautifully organized and makes navigation super simple. Customer service is also AMAZING and you always receive answers when you email. Overall good apk. I suggest it.

A Google user: I noticed that the volume linked to dumbbell labeled exercises only reflect one dumbbell and not the volume of both dumbbells. I have to place the total weight (both dumbbells) in the log then use the dumbbells that are half that value. Sometimes the timer audio bugs out if you are doing another things on the smartphone during the rest period. The timer itself still works though and restarting the apk fixes the timer sound. Good apk regardless, want I should compensate towards the work place into it.

Chris Clark: What a good workout tracker! I've been logging workouts in notebooks for years, never really being that impressed with different apks. This one was designed by someone that actually understands training. Very simple to use, no frills, good history analysis. I like the PR feature and being able to easily add notes. Being able to add exercises easily is also very nice. Please don't change a thing!!

Heather Davey: Love this apk! I have been using this apk for what feels like an eternity. I track all of my workouts. It is easy to make fresh exercises and editing is very easy. The apk will modernize often to add useful programs. It helps calc my 1RM and present me what I should lift or have lifted in the past. I have never had any true problems with this apk. Backs up nicely and James is always fairly fast to answer to questions. I paid a fee for my ver & it's totally worth it.
