  Travis Dillard: Love it I love it. It is so convenient and easily available. The only trouble is when my screen goes dark and I have to unblock my smartphone, the apk automatically logs me out. Not a large trouble at all. I also heard that you're in the making of mobile deposits. Super excited!

  Mindy Richards: apk is fine but credit union sucks - this credit union hardly deserves a one begin yet alone be called Five Star! I have worked at credit unions and been a credit union member for 30+ years. Five Star took over the credit union I was a member of a few years ago and allow me tell you, the service has hit rock bottom!!! They refuse to allow me talk to my branch when I call (since I live out of state) and they refuse to directly answers questions whether it be via smartphone or email. Example #1: latest year I never got my fresh debit card - turns out it was "sitting"...YES, "sitting" on someone's desk. Never got a response to how this happened or why no one tried to call me. Not even an apology. Example #2: My fresh and much improved credit union paid off my Five Star Visa-in FACT, over paid it...Five Star continues to charge me interest on a Zero balance but will NOT reply my question on how or why - just tells me I have to pay it! And in order to close out the acc I have to complete a form with the destroyed card's #...HMMMM...not sure how that can happen since the card is destroyed and will never be used once more. Does this mean they will forever charge me interest on a zero balance?
