  Christine Gihon: I have fun being able to see my acc balances and deposits instantly.. my one complaint is the apk frequently goes down and won't begin.. fixing that bug would create it a better apk. Modernize: along with above problems recently I've been having a difficult time using zelle to send/ keep money! Customer service unable to resolve problem.. needs fixing/ make batter.

  tsoliz22: I have Citi, Chase and American Express apks on my smartphone all working perfectly. This is the only apk I have not working at all for over a month now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, obviously checked internet connection and still nothing. I only see that annoying notice advising the apk is having problems and to check my internet connection. I thought by now it would've been fixed. Unfortunately I was wrong.

  Jay Taitelman: NYCB APP is a snap to use as and very simple to learn and manipulate. Mobile deposit is easy to use especially for someone like me that is somewhat disabled and trips to the local bank are much more difficult. The instant balance retrieval is a gr8 accessory and the apk makes banking much more convenient and available for all.

  James DeAngelo: My banking institution, Richmond County Savings Bank, of Staten Island, NY, I have been a member of since give or take my 18th Birthday (now 20 yrs!) and for a staggeringly long time had been behind the 8 Ball in respect to having a mobile apk, mobile check depositing, etc. but now that they HAVE these services in-line with their larger and more well-established competitors such as Chase, HSBC, Bank of America, which is extremely nice, efficient, has ease of use, and freeing. I give 'em 5 stars!

  Raheem Jefferson: My experience is unbelievable with the exception of the save ID box on the front of the mobile apk were it saves the players ID info automatically. I forgot to uncheck it every time and it is so freaking frustrating.I wish you to change it to if you wish to save the player ID details to manually check off the box Not the method it is set up now automatically. I do not want to leave my ID info on the mobile apk no longer than to just login. It doesn't clear the details everytime you log out.

  Wendy Monterosso: The apk modernize screwed me up for a tiny bit. I couldn't restart my password on the apk or online, but I called and they were able to assist me with the restart. I had to wait on keep for about 20 mins, but I just left my speaker on and went about another things while I waited. Once I talked to the rep I was back to business in about 5 mins. Annoying inconvenience, but all is back to normal now.

  Drew P: Works ok. Others may have had issues using it when first logging in with upgraded NYCB system. It wasn't the apk, it was make batter issued and player profile problems. The apk works ok as far as i can see.

  Angie Caban: I'm so grateful they began using Zelle. I no longer have any disappointments with this bank or its apk. I'm relocating to Spring Hill, Florida and only want they had a place there but still keeping my main acc begin as my private savings acc since it's so simple to use online. No one will even know since it's paperless anyway. I'm beautiful sure I already have a mental reservation to return to NY anyway and might need my tiny nest egg here. Love NYCB Staten Island.
