  rob ash: Used to buy half price monthly pass, has worked every time with no issues. I saved ticket to device so i can't speak for the cloud but it seems they've addressed whatever problems the apk had previously.

  Stephanie Millslagle: For the past two days both me and my husband are not able to access our tickets we JUST purchased. We tried uninstalling and installing once more and now it says that the tickets that are linked to our acc, aren't linked to our acc. We rely on the Flamingo apk on a everyday basis and we have just lost collectively, $22 in a matter of seconds.

  demond cooper: Was working ok until I tried to use it on other smartphone of mine. It said that it was locked unless I unlocked it in settings for the cloud. I tried to do it but the original phones battery drained. I tried later on and the apk wouldn't begin so I missed my bus messing with the apk. Eventuality the apk opened after half an hour but my monthly bus pass was locked on both phones even though it clearly shows a monthly pass purchased. I called customer service and was told I'd have to wait 2 days on Monday because there was no supervisor there. They need to receive some better apk developers there and rework the bugs or else this is a real rip off!!!

  Kelly Rdoty: Awesome begin, but I really like this concept, and I know it's just a pilot tool but I receive the 31-day discounted ticket for being a disabled veteran so I gave it a test but from a financial standpoint it doesn't create sense. So I really would like to see some extra fare options added asap.

  Nicholas Stees: Good Service Love that I can buy a pass this quickly from my smartphone. Have some UI complaints with the apk such as excessive steps to present a ticket. Can't wait for more ticket options like 5, 7 and 31 day passes. Tickets in cloud/device is weird that you have to select, this could be a transparent feature to the player I feel.

  keirsten genhold: It's fine First, I want there were more ticket options, or at least that the rate was the same on 3 day passes between the apk and the station. Second, half of the bus drivers don't even seem to know much about the apk, the processes or the issues. Constantly being told that "it's not scrolling," or that "I need to see the expiration date" becomes a hassle every time, even when the only thing needed is that it changes color. Awesome so far for being a fresh apk, but needs progression.

  Michael Sanchez: When I heard about this apk, I was elated to hear that I can buy bus passes digitally. The apk worked good in the beginning, but when that modernize came along, issues began to arise. First, I tried to buy a pass and the transaction went through, but I tried to pull up the ticket on the bus and it showed that I have no tickets even though I have 11 dollars less on my acc. Also, it won't allow me login through Fb, even though that is how I started my acc. Hope there is a fix for this soon.

  Chris Moore: Flamingo Apk I love this apk, but suddenly it stopped taking my payments. Then there was an modernize, so I tried to purchase a ticket, & it didn't present, so I tried other purchase, & once more it didn't present. Now PSTA owes me $22. SO NOT HAPPY PSTA!!!!

  Donald Canipe: First only 3 day passes are accessible. Now after modernize, tickets ate not showing. Purchase shows on credit card but are not showing on apk. Called customer service and was told they can't assist till IT comes in. Took 5 calls but they activated 4 tickets. Only trouble now is after activating 1 ticket, it does not present and wants me to activate one of the others. This apk is awful and could not have been released until all bugs were fixed. Also they will not refund any cash even if it is the apks fault.

  Jeremy Foreman: Stranded! Unable to reopen for multi-use I purchased $11 3-day ticket. Activated it. Showed the bus driver. Went to home screen, came back to Flamingo Fares for the next bus and it was gone. I wish my cash back because I had to buy a separate day pass or be stranded.

  Chrissy Samson: Still won't load from the cloud and it's not supposed to even be in the cloud. I have had it set to save on my smartphone. Not the cloud. I have tried everything and nothing works. Lots 11 dollars. Do not use!
