  Vivianne Sutherland: I love this apk. Once it is set up it will be excellent. I wanted to hold the subscription but I think there needs to be more customization options for it to be worth it. I like visuals so being able to at least color the pages would be helpful. Also, to me the fonts almost all look the same. I noticed on both my phones that there used to be more categories. The lists all present up in the list section but not in the category section. I also tried to make a category and it doesn't present up in that section. Just one more thing. It says gratis month but I got a week and then was charged. Anyway. I still wish to use this so much! It is good and still worth 5 stars Thank you for your time and consideration. 😁

  A Google user: I've been looking for an apk like this for some time. I'm a busy working mom & caretaker for my Dad. I have a lot of tiny things to hold track of. A notepad is too difficult because I can't easily search things. In my first 5 mins I found 3 things I can log right out of the gate: my meals, my dads medications, and work mileage. I can look at a calender see what days I created advices, what days I worked with clients, to do list cash spent meal journals water journals. A lot of apks in one. Frustrated people looking for a method to log things this is the apk your looking for. Easy, very strong, and if you use it right its everything you need. *recommendation: forum for checklist so I can check off everyday tasks. That's all.

  Heather E Greene: I have been using this apk for roughly 6+ months and love it. I can make forms to fit my needs for various types of entries I wish. Plus, it comes loaded with a bunch of forms, too. There is quite a few various form field types as well; everything from primary text entry to numeric to drop-down lists, and even an auto-fill form field. I recently contacted the developers and recommended adding a skip-logic kind form field. They replied quickly and said I could look for it in the next modernize 😍

My only difficulty with this apk is that their site has some instructions on it for older versions of the apk, which no longer work; hopefully they can receive it all up to date soon. Clearly, though, they are focused on rolling out improvements as quickly as possible, so it's a minor complaint

None of the apks specifically meant for this met my needs, so I sought out a general apk that would allow me create forms with customizable fields to build a diary card from scratch. This apk was what I found, and it fulfills those needs incredibly well! Hold up the good work!

This is a highly customizable info storage system, where you can hold just about anything, from logging migraines and another symptoms, to smartphone and meeting notes, to easy thoughts of the day.
