Fish Titts: Since the DL FIX 5 Star All around besides Customer help who gets a TEN STAR.This company goes beyond all expectations of excellence. WHAT REALLY STUCK OUT to me has to be their customer service. Initially I had all sorts of comparability problems downloading sessions ect. This called into question the validity of Fluenz for me. BUT I emailed their help at 8:14pm on a Sat night. WITHIN THREE hours they emailed back @ 12:03am Sun morn ready to help me. Within 1 day they fixed all 4 problems between my android device - PC - and mac. IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH I Accidentally ordered the tool package that DID NOT come with the DVD. The rep offered to take my address and personally place in my request for the DVD to their shipping dept. They even created sure to receive it out before Black Friday rush so i didn't have to wait long to keep it. 2 days later it arrived at no additional charge! Talk about above and beyond!

Ethan Andrews: One major difficulty I have with the apk is that the "Submit Reply" button is at the very bottom right of my screen, and a lot of times my smartphone well recognize me pressing that button as pressing the "Back" key, immediately closing me out if the apk. Perhaps I am the only one with this problem, but I think it would be nice to have an "Are you sure you wish to quit?" window or something, otherwise I have to go back on the apk, choose the lesson, and quick forward until I search where I was.

Rebecca Collins: LG Leon smartphone - installed and reinstalled apk but no sound on "dialogue" and "kind the words/phrases you hear" and "repeat the phrases" despite volume turned up. This happened when I streamed it, but then when I downloaded it, it worked properly, and then when I went back to streaming it it worked properly...very odd.
