  Tony H: This apk is disappointing, it needs 4 various sections of light. A lights out night, a moonlight for before sunrise and after sunset and midday. Thats what I thought I was getting, please can you contain this in an modernize. Not a lot of people wish blue lights on all night as it expensive to run and not natural for the fish. **UPDATE** 30.07.2019 - Fresh apk modernize now adds all the time features I wanted and has allowed actinic light to be on a specific length of time before lights out.   Mick Carson: Good product. It works exactly as it says and now my fish no longer have to suffer from morning light and evening shut down shock and stress, especially if the light is created of super bright LEDs. The Apk is ok, but it seem to be missing additional features that are not on my mobile. There are no color buttons, no clock dial and no sun behing clouds buttons, such as the third, fifth and sixth screenshot shown above. Plus, in the Settings, I can't begin the Player Manual. Why is that?

  Erik Christen: Edit: Apk modernize fixed the problem, all 3 lights work good! Review from 1 star to 5 stars. Just like others apparently, this apk doesn't work, making my fresh 60" Plant 3.0 light near useless. It won't present up on the apk to connect via bluetooth, even though it appears when i find through my smartphone. So I cant even set it up/adjust it! This better receive corrected and communicated or I'll have to return the light.

  Mike Cutuli: Edit: I must say fluval really stepped their mini game up! They just added a pro mode that gives 6 time points for full customization of your light cycle. I should not be happier and has created this already good light even better. I originally gave this apk 3 stars due to the limit apk functionality, fluval replied and said they were looking into upgrades and they did not disappoint. Sorry I doubted you guys.

  A Google user: I have a plant spectrum 46watt . . . very limited functionality accessible via the apk. a single automatic lights on for sunrise and a single lights off for sunset. The sunrise and sunset are gradual but very bright very early in the transition. Light and/or apk needs a lot of work IMO. Aug 2019 modernize: Pro mode has been added with the recent firmware and apk updates. For me there are large improvements, specifically the ability to have multiple transition points . . . 5+. Was previously 2.

  graham long: the light was already awesome value for the price range, but the apk functions were limited. The july modernize now provides 6 programmable time slots which means you can now have a blue light period before total darkness at night. This is the apk that could have been accessible from the begin, but now it's here, it's good. All the functions you should need. 1 slight down side is that the light loses its settings after a power off, but this isn't a major problem for me - it may be for others though.

  Jared Vann: I love the simplicity of this apk and how it corresponds to the lighting unit. I do want I should save a specific color as one of the choices for when I turn the light on though, rather than having to adjust the red, green, blue to match my color choice every time. All in all, it works perfectly. No problems.

  Daryl Crawford: **Updated review**Have to give it to fluval they appear to Listen to the feedback. Have had the light a month now with no problems plant's growing well now to. the apk was recently updated and allowed firmware updating of the lamp unit. You can now create a pro custom day with upto 10 customisable time slots for very ok control of the lamp and one dynamic effects slot. Also the bog standard auto mode now has a moon and off phase slot. Well done fluval it makes the lamp seem worth the £60 I spent
