  A Google user: I was triple charged and unable to receive my magazine However on contacting help the 4 months of backlog was created accessible and the annual subscription removed so I am back to monthly subscription with double charge in April. The apk regularly crashes but seems fine when reloaded. None of this effects the editorial content

  James Barker: "An unexpected error has occurred..." I really like the magazine. The apk is beautiful, but it always stops working. When I first subscribed, the apk never activated and I had to reach out to Help. Soon, the apk stopped working once more -- I can begin it and see my library, but every thing I choose gives me the same "unexpected error". They are now expected errors :) Since I travel, I am not home to see the paper copies of the magazine, so currently I'm paying for nothing. :(

  A Google user: horrid customer service, just the same exact boilerplate replies to digital download issues as a print subscriber. acc restart stalls. back to reading the actual magazine I guess.
