Focus GTD 3 is a GTD application for Android device that can synchronize with OmniFocus 3 (only) on the Mac and iOS. It supports the full GTD methodology with Tasks, Projects and Contexts. This application is in no method similar to OmniGroup. YOUR TASKS IN YOUR POCKET FocusGTD reminds you when tasks become due. You can configure the time and date when you wish to be reminded. SYNCS WITH OMNIFOCUS ON MAC/iOS FocusGTD synchronizes data with OmniFocus* (ver 3 or higher) on the Mac or iOS. Note that at least one copy of OmniFocus* is needed in order to synchronize. CATEGORIZE YOUR TASKS WITH TAGS Create tags for persons, places, territories, energy level or priority and organize your tasks in any method you want. USE OMNISYNC SERVER OR YOUR OWN FocusGTD works with OmniSync Server* or you can also use other WebDAV shared drive. NOTE EDITING Tap on the note description in the task detail screen to edit notes. You can style the text with bold or italics fonts to create sections stand out. WIDGETS Use widgets to stay on top of necessary projects. You can add a home screen link that will begin a fast entry panel to quickly allow you add tasks to your inbox. SHARE FROM ANY APPLICATION You can send links to web pages or another text clips into your inbox using the standard Android device share sheet. Limitations Note that FocusGTD3 is only compatible with OmniFocus 3. If you have issues that your acc is deleted when you reboot your smartphone, please check the "FocusGTD JellyBean Workaround" apk (simplest by clicking on the developer name). You have to install this apk alongside FocusGTD to prevent this Android device bug from removing your account. In case you have synchronization issues, please go to the Sites FAQ section which includes primary advices on how to improve the synchronization.

Switching to Android device a couple of months ago had one major drawback: no more OmniFocus on my smartphone... just my Mac and ipad. This solves that trouble. it works good and is well worth the cash. if you're an OmniFocus player this is something you need.

Ernesto Vázquez-Belén: OmniFocus 3 compatibility on Android device. I love my Droid, but OmniFocus was the one thing I really missed from iOS. There's no another system like it and it's part of all places of focus in my life. This is beautiful much the only Android device solution in active development by anyone. Thank you! PS: Like other player stated, yes, you may have to rebuild your database in order to receive it to work with Focus GTD. You rebuild it and then you replace the server database with the newly rebuilt database. Otherwise the Omnifocus 2 database may continue to sync. It's really simple to do and you do not lose any of your data. Once that's done, then you're awesome to go 👍🏻

Jerry Murphy: Good to have OmniFocus access on my Android device smartphone. Working in a company using PC's and Android device phones, I was always challenged to integrate OF into my workflows. Now with Focus GTD3 and OmniFocus web access, I can utilize OF in all my work fronts. So satisfied to to see the Forecast mode accessible, and though my Perspectives have to be utilized via my iPad, the choices accessible create the Android device solution very workable. Thanks for the effort!

Russ McDermott: Good to have access to my OF3 tasks on Android device. I found it important to rebuild my OF3 database to receive it to sync with Focus GTD3 but it's worth the effort.
