  A Google user: This apk, am I’m talking about the gratis ver, is by far the best out there. It’s simple to add your meals; for the most part every meal I’ve ate is already programmed in the barcode. I have full intentions on paying for the service if required just to track more than my calories, example carbs and sugars. I haven’t found where I can sync my smart watch to the calories burnt, but I’m fine with just adding it in. That is the only problem I’ve found so far. I LOVE this apk!!

  A Google user: I’ve been using the gratis features this apk has to offer for three months. The visual layout everyday of nutrient distribution between protein, carbs, and fats is simple to analyze as well as the weekly/monthly progress charts. One good feature is the scanner which allows you to easily input meal to check nutrition before consuming. Started with a goal and the calories change as you progress towards said goal. Highly suggest for anyone wanting an simple method to track their progress.

  A Google user: So far, I really like using this apk. I had tried it along time ago but it was not quite where I required it to be. Now is a totally various story, it’s updates are super useful and I like the set up. It’s super simple to use and very friendly. It’s beautiful accurate with some adjustments needing to be created but that’s normal for any app.It is awesome practice to double check that players are putting in the correct info. I suggest this apk for anyone who is looking to track their nutrition and really gain understanding of what they’re putting in their bodies. For me, I was looking for something easy yet comprehensive, and importantly gratis with the option to make batter could I wish to. This ticks all the boxes for me.

  A Google user: I’ve been using the apk for years whenever I need to lose a few pounds. There’s nothing more necessary than keeping track of what you eat. If you’re honest about portion size, you’ll see exactly why you’re gaining or losing. Nearly every meal I wish to enter is already in the database so it’s very simple. There are dozens of another features I don’t need or use that are probably valuable to others.

I know every entry isn鈥檛 100% accurate but it is method better than the guestimations I was doing. Summer is coming, it is helping me reach my health and fitness goals more quickly.

  StushshoK: This apk would connect to the scales and you should input your own ingredients into the memory of the apk, but recently the apk has updated and all of the ingredients I have saved for fast simple reference with meals I create have all disappeared rendering the scales useless with the apk now. Very disappointing!!
