  Jared E: Some really weird UX problems with this, not sure how it got signed off. When registering a password you're only allowed alphanumeric heroes... Are you storing passwords in plain text? If I'm going to associate my banking info in the apk, I wish the strongest password possible. When entering a password, there's no option to create the password visible (standard option these days). When logging in, sometimes your email will present in red, sometimes in black, is that meant to mean something?

  David A: Not able to enter raffles. Deleted and reinstalled, but that didn't assist. "Enter" button is grayed out, can't even click it. Tried on numerous active upcoming releases, and it's the same on all of them. Changing my credit card didn't assist either. Noticed that under "Delivery Way, Choose a Way" it says "No delivery ways found". Must be a glitch after the recent modernize. I've won raffles before and received them just ok, so address isn't an problem. It's been months and still no assist.

Then tried to purchase something and kind the payment way in at the end of the purchase and would come up with the same error notice and redirect me to the home page. Tried this about 10-15 times.   Blane Carlucci: For nearly 2 years, delivery to the US has been unavailable, despite their FAQ page stating shipping to the US is accessible. Can't enter raffles. I finally requested acc deletion which takes 30 days. Eight months later it still hasn't been deleted. I've contacted help multiple times. They refuse to assist. Don't sign up if you're in the US.

  Lee Hambleton: Can't even give it one star. Won't allow me sign up, keeps deleting my details. You enter all your info, and then the sign up button does nothing. I checked and rechecked. No signs as to why it isn't working, just doesn't do anything. Awful.
