Hold track of all your favorite and fresh foraging spots. View them on the map, or in a list. Hide ones that are not in season and sort by distance and/or name. While hiking, choose one of your spots on the map to quickly present how far away it is. Updating in true time. Your place marker will present what direction you are facing to aid in relocating your spot. Did you harvest from your spot? Good! Quickly and easily record it on the spot's page for future reference. Something you wish to remind yourself about said spot? Create a note in the note section! Got an iNaturalist observation you're thinking about? Easily import it when creating a fresh spot. All you need is the observation's URL. Forager's Journal will allow select a default image from the observation's images. Select to use the observation's place or the place of the placed marker. It'll even modernize the harvest date to the creation date of the observation. Help orientate yourself in the woods by importing trails via GPX files from a 3rd party.
