The Forum by AgilQuest Android device apk allows mobile workers to create workspace and symposium room reservations using their smartphone rather than logging into a PC or waiting in line at a Kiosk. Employees of organizations using the Forum resource scheduling system can now create, check in to, and even cancel reservations while traveling, as long as they have Internet connectivity. Using the recent geofencing technology, the device’s GPS notifies you when you are close to the office and asks, “Ready to check in now?” And when plans change, the apk makes cancelling reservations simple and convenient to release place and drive utilization even higher. Installation and configuration of AgilQuest’s Forum is a prerequisite for using this apk. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This feature may be turned off by disabling the "Use Place Based Check In" option under Settings. This action will disable check-in notifications from the apk.
