  Suz Vera: If you are already a client, this probably has a lot more to offer. There isn't much concerte details on what Forward does, and I was hoping to experience a bit, especially the AI portion. There's no method for me to tell if this is a awesome fit for a complex case, though I imagine it might be for very healthy HDHP members with a awesome HSA from a top tech employer. I just wish my current DR to have access to AI programs, not a fancy office.

  Steven Mitchell: *Note: This a review of the apk only, not the in-person Forward service! I could begin by noting that I, so far, have really enjoyed being a member of Forward. I appreciate the high-touch approach of the service, given that I am prone to place off regular medical checkups when left to my own devices. I use this apk on my Google Pixel. (1st Gen) However, this apk has *issues*. Clicking on buttons and links are often unresponsive; I nearly always need to tap a tab 2-3 times for the navigation to actually work, and sometimes even then the apk is not responsive. The apk is prone to lagging (and occasionally crashing) if I receive a fresh notice while browsing the apk. This is really the large trouble with the apk, because it affects literally everything you do. Booking appointments especially is a nightmare because you have to click on so a lot of things. I appreciate the functionality that this apk does provide - being able to speak with my doctor/health squad whenever and seeing my health data all in one put is really good! But this apk needs some serious refinement. As a tool engineer myself, I have to wonder how there is this much wrong with built-in functionality.

  Nathan Maas: Really gave it a shot. Spent a lot of time with input into the apk without a value add output to me that was worth both the monthly subscription and additional time spent in frustration. During a difficilt spine surgery and recovery period, forward did assist me quickly receive xray orders but communication through the apk was almost always difficult beyond that. I still trust there is a better future for healthcare but if this is it, then I can wait longer.

  Doyun Kim: Touch functions do not answer well at all on Android device phones. You need to press buttons multiple times for it to register at all. My husbands iOS apk works perfectly ok. Please fix as I use a Samsung android device smartphone.
